You can choose to collect your order free of charge from our atelier in Paris, or have it delivered to your address via our delivery service (Colissimo). Delivery options and fees are displayed at checkout.

Orders are usually ready within 10 to 15 days. Some pieces from our collections may be available sooner.

Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link. Simply click the link to access your PDF pattern. You can print it at home or via a printing service in A4 or A0 format.

Absolutely. We offer complimentary alterations for all pieces purchased from Galaen Paris. If any adjustment is needed, simply contact us and bring your item to our atelier — we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.

Yes! We create unique pieces, from bridalwear to any fashion project you have in mind. Simply fill out the form on our “Custom Made” page with as much detail as possible so we can bring your vision to life.

Timelines depend on the complexity of the project. On average, made-to-measure pieces take between 3 to 5 weeks. Simpler designs may be completed sooner. A more precise timeline will be shared during your rendez-vous.

Yes, we offer virtual consultations via video call (Google Meet). This allows us to discuss your project, guide you through measurements, and share ideas before an in-person appointment. You can book your slot via this link

We carefully select high-quality fabrics and trims, prioritizing deadstock and vintage materials. This approach allows us to combine elegance, uniqueness, and sustainability. We can also source specific fabrics depending on your project.

Yes, we ship across Europe and to the United States. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country (included on the final price).

Custom-made pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Ready-to-wear items can be returned within 14 days, provided they are in perfect condition. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

We provide a simple guide to help you take your measurements at home, we'll need your measurements of bust, waist, hips and your height in cm. 

However, we highly recommend booking an atelier appointment for the most accurate fit, especially for bridal or fitted pieces.
If you are based abroad, we recommend booking a virtual appointment.

Yes, we will offer gift cards in the next months — the perfect way to offer a Galaen Paris experience. They would be used for both made-to-measure services and PDF sewing patterns.
