We invite you to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs" or "Terms") before using our website, www.galaenparis.com (the "Site"), and/or making a purchase.
Any purchase made online or at the studio implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
These T&Cs apply between you, as a consumer and non-professional, and GALAEN Paris, a brand operated by Sarah Djebloune, a sole owner (auto-entrepreneur), whose registered address is 33 rue de Palestro, 75002 Paris, France. These T&Cs may be modified at any time, particularly to reflect changes to the Site or applicable regulations. The Terms in force at the time of placing the order are the ones that apply.

1. Object and Scope
These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of products offered by GALAEN Paris, including ready-to-wear pieces and bespoke creations.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are those featured on the Site or available at the studio. Each item is described as precisely as possible (photos, details, materials, price). Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes and do not engage the liability of GALAEN Paris.
3. Availability
Product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site and subject to stock availability. In the event a product is unavailable after the order is validated, the customer will be informed by email, and the corresponding amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days.
4. Ordering
The customer may place an order:
- Online at www.galaenparis.com
- Directly at the studio by appointment.
All orders imply acceptance of these T&Cs. For bespoke creations, a personalized quote must be established and validated in writing by the customer before production begins.
5. Pricing
Prices are indicated in Euros (€) and include all taxes (TTC - all taxes included). GALAEN Paris reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order. Delivery charges are specified before the final validation of the order.
6. Payment
Payment can be made:
- By credit/debit card via a secure payment system.
- By bank transfer.
6.1 Bespoke Creations Payment
A 50% deposit is required upon validation of the quote. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery or collection of the piece at the studio. In case of cancellation after the quote is validated, the deposit remains the property of GALAEN Paris to cover incurred costs.
7. Delivery and Collection
Ready-to-Wear orders are prepared and shipped within 3 to 10 business days, subject to availability. Bespoke creations have a specific lead time communicated in the quote. Deliveries are handled by a tracked shipping carrier. Products may also be collected directly at the studio by appointment.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
8.1 Ready-to-Wear
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. The product must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with the original tag and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. After receiving and checking the product, GALAEN Paris will issue a refund within 14 days.
8.2 Bespoke Creations
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, items that are made-to-measure, personalized, or modified at the customer's request cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
9. Receipt and Conformity
The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the package and the items upon receipt. Any claim relating to a defect or non-conformity must be made within 3 days of receipt, accompanied by supporting documentation (photos, order number).
10. Liability
GALAEN Paris shall not be held liable for damage resulting from inappropriate use of the product or maintenance that does not comply with recommendations. In the event of force majeure (strike, pandemic, disaster, transport delay, etc.), the liability of GALAEN Paris cannot be engaged.
11. Legal Guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
12. Intellectual Property
The entire content of the Site (texts, images, designs, logos, photographs) is the exclusive property of GALAEN Paris. Any reproduction, distribution, or exploitation, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
13. Personal Data
Personal data collected is necessary for order management, invoicing, and customer relations. Data is processed confidentially and is never transmitted to third parties without prior consent. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data upon simple request to hello@galaenparis.com.
14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
In the event of a dispute, the customer is encouraged to contact GALAEN Paris for an amicable resolution. In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, the European Commission offers an online dispute resolution platform: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show&lng=EN
Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute will be submitted to the competent court of Paris, under French law.
